Customization & Project terms

Scope and Change requests

Before development begins, 9XR Solutions and the customer should agree on a clearly defined scope of work. Depending on the project, the agreed scope may include: • Required features and functionality. • Software modules and workflows. • Website pages and content requirements. • Design and branding specifications. • User roles and permissions. • Technical requirements and compatible environments. • Hosting, deployment and integration arrangements. • Delivery milestones and expected completion dates. • Testing, handover and acceptance requirements. Features or services not included in the approved scope are not automatically included in the agreed project price. Customers may request modifications during development. Such requests will be reviewed for feasibility, additional work, cost and potential timeline changes. Material changes must be approved by both parties before implementation. 9XR Solutions will communicate significant changes to the project scope, cost or schedule as they become known.

Client Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, necessary approvals and appropriate cooperation throughout the project. Depending on the agreed scope, responsibilities may include: • Providing complete and accurate project requirements. • Supplying authorized logos, photographs, text and branding materials. • Confirming that submitted materials do not violate third-party rights. • Providing timely feedback and approval of project deliverables. • Arranging required domain registrations, hosting services or external subscriptions where assigned to the customer. • Providing authorized access to systems and third-party services when required. • Reviewing supplied information, financial calculations and business workflows. • Protecting passwords, credentials and confidential access information. Sensitive credentials should be provided through appropriately secure methods rather than ordinary inquiry forms. The customer is responsible for obtaining permissions for materials or data supplied for use in the project. Delays in receiving required information or approvals may affect delivery schedules. Significant delays or changes in requirements may require a revised project schedule.

Testing and Delivery

9XR Solutions will make reasonable efforts to test project deliverables against the agreed requirements before delivery. Testing may include functional testing, user-interface review, responsive design checks, compatibility verification and other checks relevant to the project. The customer is responsible for reviewing the delivered product in its intended operating environment and identifying any material differences from the agreed specifications. Under the proposed acceptance procedure, customers should ordinarily provide feedback within 10 business days after receiving a deliverable for formal review, unless another period is specified in writing. Reported issues within the agreed scope will be reviewed and addressed according to the applicable project agreement. Requests for additional features or changes outside the approved scope may require separate quotation and approval. Final handover may include deployment, installation guidance, authorized credentials, documentation, training or source files where expressly included in the agreement. Responsibility for ongoing hosting, maintenance, backups, security monitoring and future updates must be specified in the project agreement.

Ownership, Confidentiality and Payment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, 9XR Solutions retains ownership of its pre-existing software, reusable development frameworks, proprietary tools, software components and original intellectual property. Customers retain ownership of their existing business information, data, branding and other materials supplied for the project. Following payment of the agreed amounts, customers receive the ownership or usage rights expressly described in the applicable project agreement. Delivery of a website or software system does not automatically include transfer of all source-code copyrights, proprietary development tools or unrestricted redistribution rights. Exclusive ownership, source-code handover or transfer of intellectual property rights must be expressly agreed in writing. Third-party libraries, applications, plugins and services remain subject to their respective licensing terms. Both parties are expected to protect confidential business information received in connection with the project and use it only for authorized purposes, except where disclosure is authorized or legally required. Payments, advance amounts, milestone charges, recurring costs and outstanding balances are determined by the approved quotation or agreement. Additional features, integrations, maintenance or technical support outside the original scope may be separately charged. Any cancellation, refund or unresolved payment matter will be handled according to the accepted agreement, the applicable Refund Policy and relevant legal requirements. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. For custom development inquiries, quotations or project-related matters, contact: [email protected]
